“Nice house in lovely location but needs a bit of TLC”

Beautiful location , very well equipped , lady who did the meet and greet was very good and helpful

To be improved

Some areas of property are very tired looking, pool area very run down and sun beds very old. On arrival the pool was very green but after a phone call it was sorted the next day. Air conditioning doesn’t work at all in the conservatory.

The best

We rented the house for a month and we had a great stay. The house is located a short drive from Alhaurin el Grande. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is in a quiet area, but bear in mind that in rural Spain there are a lot of dogs, so you will hear them. Parking inside the gate. The beds in the master bedroom were very comfortable. In total there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the outside area and bbq. The owners live next door and were always available for questions.

To be improved

It didn´t bother us, but it is good to know that there is a small apartment next to the house, in the same grounds, that is also sometimes rented out. A reading lamp in the conservatory and living room would be nice.

Loved everything. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided as well as the little comforts like detergent, oils, spices. Location is so beautiful and the rooftop terrace was magical.

To be improved

Neighbourhood dogs can get pretty noisy at night. Also, just to make future guests aware that there is another smaller house next door inside the property grounds where the owners may have guests coming to stay.
