The neighbors from the other apartments on the same construction were loud at night.

The place was dirty and smelled bad because of the humidity. Throughout the whole night, there was some loud noise, like from a generator. After complaining about the cleanliness, the owner offered for us to go check another one of the apartments to see if it's any cleaner and choose whether we would like to stay in the other one instead. Which didn't really make any difference since both places seemed to be in disrepair. It's a shame actually because the apartment basically had everything you needed, hairdryer, soap despensers, coffee machine, blender, toaster,... but all dirty, or rusty the soap dispenser empty, the sheets with staines that can't be washed, etc. The pictures on booking look lovely, and the reviews are quite high, so we didn't really think it would be any bad, but after seeing it in person we read through some reviews and there were plenty complaints about the cleanliness. So be aware before booking.

There is no washing machine in the apartment.

Not much communication and not much helpful information from the host. A few more kitchen utensil would be good , especially knifes ( only one knife and one bread knife) and a peeler.

May be a little be more dishes would be nice. 3 cups for 4 people. And the little things like salt, pepper and sugar.

We had the bad luck of staying there in a very hot (35° C) and wet week in July. There is no AC in the apartment and opening the Windows means literally hundreds of small flies, mosquitos and other small bugs enter the rooms. They die by themselves after a day after which the floor is littered with them. If you close the windows, you'll sleep in 28° C with 90% humidity. It's probably a perfect apartment in weeks with different weather, but we couldn't wait to leave. You also need your own transportation because it's quite a bit up the mountain. The double bed is rather small. We didn't quite fit at 1m84.
