General sentiment of helpful and friendly staff.
Highly praised for the tranquil and beautiful surroundings.
Despite minor inconveniences, a lovely experience overall.
Overall good value observed, despite minor issues.
Basic amenities mentioned, additional requests not fulfilled.
Breakfast service was adequate but some complaints.
“Great breakfast , nice staff, very clean, beautiful setting. · Cons: No dinner service 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, which was really disappointing. The night there was dinner, we requested to have the dinner service but were told we had asked too late. It’s their responsibility to communicate these details to us. Food was ok, but I think it let this place down. Had it been better, this would’ve been a 10/10 for us. Felt like skeleton staff were managing the finca. As lovely as they were, it made us uncomfortable to order food and drinks as they were so busy.”

“Secluded place with wonderful views and some points to improve”
Secluded (even isolated in a positive sense) location. Historical property with beautiful shared spaces. Good pool and wonderful views. Our room (suite with terrace) was at the very end of the property - no passage, no people - so it really felt like our own corner. It is very calm and quiet, also fresher since it’s on the hill and surrounded by wonderful forest.
We stayed in suite with terrace, but the terrace is actually the roof on top of the room. It is large (a bit empty), but you have to go out of the room to get there. The breakfast is disappointing especially for a property that has “agriturismo” in the title - the selection at the buffet was extremely basic and not of exquisite quality, which you would expect of the 4* hotel in a region which has so much to offer gastronomically. It’s okay to have few things as long as they are well selected, local and tasty. It will be great to invest in a good coffee machine (the coffee was served in a thermos). Often the breakfast - that is announced from 08.00 - was not ready by that time. The staff is not really present and proactive (and overall, it’s not clear who’s in charge). If you do not expect or need service, or information, that is totally fine (but again, maybe not the expectation from 4*).
“Brilliant stay in a gorgeous finca.”
Peaceful, relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings. Comfortable beds, good food and friendly staff.
Nothing to dislike
“Reasonably nice stay but offered conditions somewhat below price point.”
The setting and finca are impressive. It stands on a forrested slope under a rocky hill, overlooking the plains and the Binibona village. The finca itsellf has a ver special aura making it a peculiar place to visit. The pool and garden areas are well landscaped.
For the price we paid, which was above 200€/night, some quality points were below expected. The reception desk is mostly empty during the day, although we did not need a lot of support. Our room had ants in it eventhough we had no open food or had any meals in it. We were informed that as a rule, trash is not picked up by the staff and is responsibility of the guests. We found it odd that the trash cans had not been emptied by the house cleaning staff and informed a staff member we found on the matter. We have yet to find another hotel/hostel/AirBnB/Rural Tourism that ever states something like this. It seemed pointless to argue further when we heard this attitude towards a basic accomodation rule. We also had an electrical issue that had to be reported but the staff apologized and indicated to us an electrical limitation of the room. It was quickly solved. Our room was cozy and well decorated, though small and in the need of being painted. The bathroom has markings of humidity on the walls and the bathroom door requires an abnormal amount of strenght to be closed. Breakfast is a definitive point for improvement. No food is warm besides the bread if eaten in the first hour of breakfast, or the coffee/tea. For a 200€/n accomodation, the breakfast options seems substandard. Besides the photo we attach to this review only an additional counter was available with tea, water or coffee. We generally do not eat much and keep and are very much aware of the importance of reducing waste. Still, choice is short. In general, we felt that the finca has an amazing basis to be an excellent agrotourismo/ rural tourism reference in the area and island, but we were in part disappointed by the room & breakfast we found, plus some staff interface. Our advice to the finca's management would be to revise some of these points in order to ensure a price-worthy experience to its guests, honour the finca's history and realize it's pontential.
“Relaxing time in Majorca”
Location is amazing, among olive trees, fields, vineyards... So quiet, so nice, furnished with taste. Relaxing atmosphere... Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Roads are narrow, but if you are careful enough, you can manage with ease.
“I am very satisfied.”
The building and its surroundings were stunning. I especially loved the swimming pool — it was a real highlight of our stay. We were also lucky to have great weather, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The breakfast could use improvement. While it was adequate, the selection was the same every day and lacked variety. A bit more creativity in the offerings would make a big difference. Additionally, I would have appreciated better quality coffee to start the day.
