“Great property, needs a lot of TLC”

Really liked the property, the ambiance is great. Couches very comfortable, as were the beds. Great fridge/freezer. The showers are very good and spacious. Our contact, Scarlett, couldn't have been more helpful

To be improved

Sadly the cats, I am not a cat person and wouldn't have booked had I known they were there. No mention on the booking.com site. It prevented me from enjoying the terrace, as soon as I sat down Loumi would be on my lap. Not her fault she is a very friendly cat. The electricity constantly tripped, apparently there is a fault under the house. No electricity on one side of the house for 2 days.. Mould and damp in one bedroom and shower. The information book needs updating re the electricity, the fact a length of wood is needed to wedge the oven door shut Where to find the ironing board. I would never have found it under the bed..... Sadly we weren't able to use the pool for the last weekend of our stay as the pool person failed to turn up and clean it and it turned green. Vast majority of the bath towels need replacing, my dog towels are in better condition than most provided and to be threatened with a 30.00 fine per towel for stealing is frankly an insult
