“Beautiful private villa with EVERYTHING you need.”

The best

The previous review for this property is very unfair and not a true reflection on this property. The property hosts really have thought of everything - an outdoor shower, toys to use in the large heated pool (lit at night between 830pm and 11pm), streaming services on the tv, 2 fully equipped kitchens (one outdoor), an outdoor bathroom so you didn’t have to trail water through the house when you needed to use the facilities, MANY lovely seating areas (almost too many to fully enjoy!), outdoor games like table tennis and a basketball net, a BEAUTIFUL view of both the sea as well as Teide, laundry facilities, a large private garden which wasn’t overlooked, towels, umbrellas, ample bedroom storage, comfortable beds and sofas, wifi, an electric gate and it was also immaculately clean. We really did feel comfortable there. It IS out the way and slightly remote however there is a supermarket a mere 5 minute drive away and we were never more than an hour away from most places on the Island including the South airport. If you want privacy, this is the place to come. You WILL need to hire a car if you are staying here but you then have the freedom to explore the many things that Tenerife has to offer without having to rely on public transport. The location is reflected in the price which we thought was very fair. When contacting the hosts with questions they were quick to respond and we were fully refunded our security deposit the day after checking out and leaving the villa as we found it so I’m extremely happy with this. Would absolutely stay here again no questions asked. It really felt like a home away from home!

To be improved

This isn’t the fault of the property but you cannot leave ANYTHING food wise sitting out as the Tenerife ants will get it. This is combated by cleaning up after yourself and ensuring food is kept where it should be. An electric fan or two available in the property would be good as at night it could be a little too warm for my liking and it would have been nice to be able to cool down a little bit. The heat wasn’t awful as the property is designed to be cool however some people may still find it a little warm to sleep comfortably. Again not the fault of the property but keep in mind the North of the island is more cloudy. We were lucky with the weather however some days it was still overcast.
