“Very, very disappointed”

Unfortunately, our recent stay at Finca Llano de la Cebolla fell short of our expectations. Despite being a party of four (myself, my partner, and our parents), the cottage felt overpriced for its condition. We found the interior to be excessively damp, with the bedding and furnishings feeling noticeably wet. The lack of heating, despite the cold weather, made our stay uncomfortable. The radiators were turned off and it was impossible to turn them on. It was very, very cold in the house. The journey to the cottage, particularly the final two kilometers uphill, was challenging due to the steep incline and slippery conditions. The entrance to the parking lot also required careful maneuvering for larger vehicles(we had suv). You had to make quite an effort to get down it. The host does not speak English or any language other than Spanish. I am very, very disappointed with this place. My parents and I think it was the worst experience of our lives. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but after 2 nights we moved somewhere else.
