“Very nice pool in an unique island”

Extremely attentive and kind but not very present staff (reasonable for an apartment) . Very nice pool, good massage. I left my earing aids there and they mailed them to me. Thank you

To be improved

Access to the bed very difficult. No tools in the kitchen.

Team were great - always helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The location was perfect. The facilities were amazing, and it's incredibly beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding.

“Perfect location for rural trip”

The best

The location in Tinajo was perfect for a quiet stay away from the main touristy spots. There are a few nice restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Taxis were very easy to book to travel to the nearby towns, all of whom knew the hotel. The views from our terrace and the shared terrace were lovely (we stayed in the Apartment with Sea View). The apartment was large too and comfortable. Whilst the infinity pool is great, it is unheated. We treated it similar to an ice bath, although it is not as cold as one. This pool and the jacuzzi were perfect for post run recovery! The staff were brilliant and very helpful and can assist with bike hire, taxi bookings and recommendations generally.

To be improved

The bathroom had no shower curtain meaning the space around the shower and WC got soaked. The fitness centre was a bit of a disappointment, with not much in the way of weights (we travelled for warm weather running/fitness). A full length mirror would have been useful; the apartment had enough space for one. It felt overpriced for what was being offered. Basic things such as coffee pods ought to be included for the price. The toiletries were also single use too. However, we did enjoy our stay.

“Cosy place in charming Lanzarote”

The best

Cosy place with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful location and very helpful and friendly staff. The garden and pool are beautiful. The breakfast is a highlight.

To be improved

It's overpriced for what is offered. While the place is nice, it very basic in general. The rooms are somewhat outdated as well, and the breakfast is only available for one hour, which is very unusual. I was expecting better considering the price.
