The best

The room and bathroom were clean. There is enough space and plenty of storage. Wi-fi was good. Self-check-in was mostly ok (small issue with the key box caused some delay, but was able to solve it myself). View from the balcony is great. The area was quiet and peaceful.

A cute place ! Mercedes was available by messages and had many attentions during my stay (3 nights); The room was always clean.

To be improved

A little far from La Laguna center, you'll need a car. And a little cold, due to the location in the mountains.

Nice breakfast by the staff. Clean. Attention by the staff very gentle.

To be improved

The room is a bit chilly. That´s normal in that area in Tenerife. Loads of people are looking for these green landscapes.
