“Lovely week restful week.”

The best

The kitchen was very well equipped. The air conditioning was excellent on the two evenings we were there and when it was still very hot . The gardens were just beautiful and so peaceful and tranquil to sit in . It was very quiet, which we love. The pool was totally private , clean and a decent size , with a small pool area ideal for small children. Really excellent value for money . It is located right next to the railway station. The free courtesy bus from the station to the Sopas Perotas festival on the first Saturday of October was very convenient .

To be improved

We prefer a larger double bed, but then we are getting older. and that is a personal preference only.

“Very good”

The best

Great location with easy access to a few shops and bars. Very easy and convenient walk to the railway station with access to Malaga and the coast. The garden and outside areas to the property are superb and were the starring feature to our holiday.

To be improved

Whilst the property is adequately and simply furnished it would have benefitted from some routine checks and maintenance to address minor issues - some of which had already been flagged up in previous reviews. The owner highlighted that the TV was out of order and had taken it away for repair- not an issue for us but for others? The toaster did not work - we bought & left a small one. The shower fixing was broken but we resorted to tying it to the shower caddy with cling film which worked fine. The actual shower head was broken with water exiting from it's sides resulting water splashing everywhere- we bought and left a new shower head. The shower was very slow to drain and, at times, threatened to overflow. A few lights needed replacing.
