Lovely clean and spacious property with an amazing pool and view.

To be improved

Bathrooms were a bit tired and shower/water pressure was a bit weak. No more than one running at the same time. Kitchen needs a chopping board :).

The best

Beautiful property (particularly the outside pool area) and huge villa with lots of space. Bedrooms were all en suite too. Juana (owner) was super accommodating, generous and responsive!

To be improved

Quite remote so it’s fair way from most of the activities which are usually around / near Palma which is approx 1 hour away (albeit there were some near / in Porto Cristo which is close). But the remoteness was also a quality - so peaceful and getting into the pool looking up at the clear sky full of stars at night was incredible! We discovered the outside shower on the last day and what a delight that was! Some parts of the property were slightly dated/old but all worked fine.

“Beautiful property in a secluded and peaceful location”
The best

We stayed at the “standard” villa which is called “Es Sestador”. Very peaceful countryside location between Manacor and Porto Cristo. The outdoor space is excellent with a large garden, pool and outdoor shower. There is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area, as well as a courtyard area by the villa which can be used for outdoor dining / BBQ. High chair and (good quality!) cot provided for children and the villa is mostly on a single level (external stairs to reach the third bedroom) which along with the indoor and outdoor spaces makes it a great choice for children. The host was super communicative with recommendations for the area and helping with any queries around arrival etc. She also let us know about when to expect the cleaners etc.

To be improved

The third bedroom is accessed from an external staircase and has a fairly low ceiling so this may not work for everyone (was not an issue for our group). As with most properties the pool is unfenced so you do have to be aware with children. Regarding the location, it is very secluded / rural, so a hire car is likely required.

“Exceptional”
The best

My recent stay at Finca Son Blat with a group of friends was absolutely amazing. The villa was superb, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway, to celebrate a friend's special birthday. The outdoor spaces were a true highlight. The pool area was perfect, with plenty of sun loungers for everyone to unwind and soak up the sun. The spacious terrace was equally impressive, complete with a BBQ, ample seating, and a beautifully landscaped garden—ideal for outdoor dining and socializing. Inside, the villa didn’t disappoint either. The large kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we could possibly need, making meal prep a breeze. Each bedroom was spacious and featured its own en-suite bathroom, with plenty of towels, a hairdryer, and a bath with a handheld shower—everything you’d expect from a high-end stay. A special shout-out to our host, Juana, who was truly exceptional. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her local recommendations for restaurants, bars, and attractions were spot on, enhancing our overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely be returning to Finca Son Blat in the future!

To be improved

The only suggestion for improvement would be the addition of poolside tables. Without them, it was a bit challenging to securely place our drinks while relaxing on the sun loungers by the pool.
