Nothing, we refused the apartment

The apartment was terrible and the pictures on the website of the Property and Booking did not comply with the reality. The windows could not be opened, the furniture was uncomfortable and dirty. This apartment should never have been offered for renting out. We asked for another apartment or room in their hotel but that was not possible and the staff was unwilling to refund. We left the premises and had to book another hotel at our own expensed.

We stayed in a one bedroom house (7) which is in need of some refurbishment particularly as far as the bathroom is concerned which smelled unpleasant.
