To be improved

The electricity was out so no A/C, Wifi, and the elevator was off. We had to carry all of our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Only to wait in the heat for someone to come open the door because the digital wasn’t working.

The best

The stuff was really nice. They were very helpful with us. Holding our luggage after the checkout and also we were a little late for check out and they allowed us without charging us late fee check out. We love our stay. Very safe area close to a beautiful cathedral and 15-20mins commute to almost everything. Buses and metro stations close by.

“AC was very good, location is excellent close to stadium and metro station. · Cons: Pillows were not the most comfortable and only one set of pillows for each. One of the rooms didn't have AC but had a fan which was still adequate for the temperature experienced.”

The bedding and towels were clean.

The a/c in both bedrooms didnt work properly which isn't good in July. The apartment felt very "worn". We had to pay 150€ deposit which im not sure was indicated on booking. The information sheet also said to clean the apartment like it was when we arrived however we paid for cleaning as part of our payment

the apartment is clean and accessible in all transportation but the aircondition in the rooms are not working properly its hot in the 3bedrooms the only aircondition working is the lounge

Im not happy and dissappointed because they did not return my deposit back they said they transfer it into my account on that day when we check out but its been a week and i still did not get my deposit back .staff keep saying they transfer it but they cannot show which account they return the money .
