Good host, responsive to my questions. All furniture and appliances were in good shape. The unit was clean. Good location.

To be improved

It was a little challenging to collect the keys on arrival but we did it eventually. The safe did not work.

The check-in process was quite user unfriendly. I received an link which had door key functionality for both the building main entrance and another to the apartment. The one for the main door wasn't working. Then once we entered the apartment, we were greeted by an extraordinary strong exotic food smell that previous guests probably cooked. Soon after as we were settling in, we noticed the apartment was not cleaned, with food crumbs and dust under the couch and dust in each corner including in the bedroom. We reported this and they sent someone to clean. But that smell wouldn't go away. At night as we tried to sleep, that exotic chilli and curry smell was so pervasive that our eyes watery and lips itchy. Only possibility to sleep was with windows fully open. Tired after a long trip and with 2 under 4 yrs old children, we fell asleep despite the heat and street noise. The next day we reported this as well and we were offered to move into another apartment in adjacent building. I went to check and dust piles were also in each corner. We decided to check out and find other alternatives. We found an alternative and checked out. I requested a refund for the unused nights, and I received a response that it should be possible and that I would get information the next day. Well.. The next day never came despite a couple of follow ups. Overall, I appreciate that they tried to find a solution but honestly the apartments that we experienced were not as fresh as they appeared on the pictures.

“Perfect stay in Barcelona”

The best

It was an amazing stay, the place was super clean and much better than in the pictures. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a full week stay. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, we had very good internet and amenities to wash and dry our clothes. The location was also perfect, with the Gran Via 2 shopping mall literally 2 minutes away by walk, so you have access to great stores and a gigantic Carrefour with everything you might need. The bus stop and metro stop were also right in front of the door, making centre of Barcelona accesible in 20 minutes. I would definitely come again and couldnt recommend enough.

Our check in wasnt super smooth, but everything was sorted in the end. Thank you to everyone involved.

Equipped with all appliances you will need for mid term stays, great location for public transportation, 24/7 convenience store near by and great balcony to enjoy your coffee watching the sunset

To be improved

The smell on the toilet but I think is a common issue in a lot of European cities with huge density

The best

Amazing flat with great location, 2 minutes away from metro and other transport options, so that you can reach the city center and all the sights easily. The place was clean, it had lots of available appliances and space. Both Barcelona4Seasons and the cleaning staff were super friendly, they tried to arrange for an earlier check-in option for us. There is a mall a few minutes away to get everything you need, and the place has a great view from the balcony. Totally recommended for a few days or a longer stay, we had a great time!
