First line detached house, Cabo Roig

The communication before we arrived was excellent. English speaking and very clear instructions on meeting the key holder. The house is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a very convenient location. It felt very secure, as it is in a gated development. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room saved us, as it was near 40 degrees celsius during our stay. Parking was good (early July) but we could see it getting busier on the road closer to the end of our stay. There were lots of conveniences: dishwasher, washing machine, good size fridge. They even had things for the beach like deck chairs and parasols, which were very helpful. We didn't cook while there, so I can't rate those facilities. The area was nice and quiet, with gorgeous views. We even got to see some flying flamingos from the roof terrace! If I were to travel there again, I would definitely want to stay in that house, as it was really comfortable and felt way nicer than a fussy hotel.

Everything that u could possibly need is here. Including loungers and umbrella for the beach. Very surprised. We booked to come back and looking forward to it.
