“Cons: I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I have been unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and I was told that the issue had been reported to the technician and that I would receive an update. It has now been 2–3 days, and I have heard absolutely nothing back. Because of this, I’ve had to spend an additional €120 to top up my roaming package—an unexpected cost I should not have had to cover. Wi-Fi is clearly included in the accommodation I paid for, and this level of service is completely unacceptable.”

Love the flat! Location was awesome and everything was perfect.

While the flat was beautiful and the location was awesome, there were a few areas for improvement: 1. *Bedroom*: The bed frame felt lightweight and would shift with slight movements. A double bed would have been more comfortable than the two single beds pushed together, despite the mattress being good. 2. *Kitchen*: Having a tissue roll in the kitchen would have been helpful for cleaning up spills and messes. 3. *Check-in*: Flexible check-in times would have been appreciated, rather than a strict 4 PM cutoff. Allowing early check-in would have made our stay more comfortable.

It’s a beautiful, spacious, well appointed apartment that is even better in real life the photos.

To be improved

It is a bit noisy as it sits over two underground stations so you do get a bit of rumbling from the trains at certain times but during the week that stops just after midnight.
