“Illogical place”

Quiet neighbourhood yet central enough. The toilet/shower area was completely renovated, spotless clean and huge. Responsive customer service.

To be improved

No staff, all automated. I had to call the customer service twice to get the access codes, one of which wasn't working. Locks to block the curtains but my bed had an uncovered side. Lights switched on 24/7 and filtering through the curtains. Under-bed lockers so deformed that I could have easily put my hand inside of my neighbour's despite the lock. Huge eating area with tons of chairs and tables but not even a fridge, a basin or plates/cutlery (??).

The location is more than good. It is connected to the city center as well as the main train station. The room is cleaned every day.

To be improved

Ventilation of the room could be better. It is actually one big room with many beds. We found dirty bedding, which was replaced later. I thought it was done before we arrived. Also, it should also be noted that there is no receptionist.

Smelled like cigarettes. Top bunk is hard to get in and out of. Our bunk neighbor fell out of her bed.
