Flag Hotel Valencia

An Apple Watch was left at this hotel and is now actively tracking to a residential address nearby, not the hotel. We contacted the hotel and were told it was “likely at a laundromat,” which does not match the actual tracked location. A police report has already been filed. We are still waiting for a clear explanation of how the item left the hotel and where it actually is. Very concerning situation.

Very bad customer service in the beginning. Rude receptionist checked us in,as we entered the room we noticed moult,dirt and various stains on the walls,and blood on the “fresh” bed sheets,as well as multiple holes in the bathtub,when reporting our issue to reception we provided photos and videos of the matter and she brushed it away and didn’t want to see them,she was also very rude,said the only thing she could do was give us new bedsheets,very unsatisfied with our stay here

Decent 3-star hotel; the view is nice and the beach is near, but we did not go there. The front desk is good; they are nice and professional.

Swimming pool

The hotel itself is average. The rooms are very dated and a little shabby, but breakfast is ok. The worst point of the hotel is location. It's really, really far from the centre of Valencia. There is no public transport at all, of any kind, so only taxi to get to the city and back. Be prepared to up your budget by an extra €40 a day at least Not recommend this hotel at all. Don't waste money and time, which are essential during your holiday.
