“First class superior property.”
The best

The property is an excellent base for exploring Playa Flamenca and surrounding areas. Apartment is clean, spacious, modern, well equipped and has lovely views of the sea. It's extremely well located - close walking distance to multiple great restaurants and bars, Zenia Boulevard, the beach, go karts etc. As well as a large sea facing balcony, the roof terrace adds all day sunshine for people who love to chill in the sun. The pool area is a real bonus at this complex - it is heated from mid October, and has a nice bar / chill out area that has a great selection of drinks and snacks.

To be improved

The only thing I could mention is that the pool was pretty cold before the heating got switched on half way through our stay - then it was nice and warm. However, on our final two days a new high tech pool cover was being installed, which will probably make a big difference at the tail end of the high season.

The best

The Scandinavian TV stations were SUPERB! We felt as if we were at 2 holiday destinations at once. 1=Spain (good weather, beach, family) 2= Denmark (TV programs, language, culture, other part of our family). The elevator was very close to the appartment entry door and to the parking spot in the garage! Smooth transition from car parking to appartment! The appartment offers parasols to borrow for the beach, and even a body-board and further water toys. Beach fun is guaranteed! The view from the roof terrace is simply gorgeous. Everyone involved with the appartment (owner, local agency, key-service and cleaning lady) were extraoridnarily friendly and supportive. We want to come back!

To be improved

Small stuff: - The toilet seat was loose from the start and I could not figure out how to tighten it (strange system). - On 3 days there were some ants in the kitchen and one bedroom. The traps took good care of them the rest of the time (and our strict hygene, too). - With closed doors the WiFi signal in the third bedroom is rather weak and instable. - I found the bed too soft, but my wife liked it. It is really a question of taste.
