Flamencos Apartamento con garage 5 pax

This apartment is really in a bad shape. Old, not maintained with malfunctioning air-conditioning and old furniture. Not even the toilet door could be locked. Area is boring and view from apartment is non-existing. I really don't recommend anyone to rent this place. See photos for details.

It is difficult to initially get into the apartment, and parking is very, very tight, but once this is accomplished, all is fine. It would have been helpful if AC was turned on an hour or so prior to arrival to help cool off this upper floor apartment.

The area is mid city and on a cobblestone road so there is street noise.

The apartment was tired and needs renovation, many things were broken. Some plug sockets were detached from the wall, and A/C unit was broken. Kitchen was old and not very clean. The oven was so dirty, plates and cutlery needed a good clean. No electric kettle or sink plugs.

Key collection could be simplified and instructions sent earlier so that those driving have time to read before arriving. Annoying to have to go up into the apartment to collect the garage key. Likewise, the garage key then needs to be returned to the apartment after departing. Several broken chairs need replacing, and general wear and tear to kitchen and bathroom areas. Could do with some updates. There was a noise issue with the Neighbour in the apartment the floor below. The noise was very loud, disturbing and continued all night (for 2 of our 3 nights). This was reported to the host (along with a recording). The host was following this up with the apartment building. Unfortunately, it did disturb our sleep.
