Flamingo apartment

Strange, why did the previous guest rate this apartment so low? This is a hidden jewel! Perfect layout, and all the furniture and appliances are new. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking elaborate meals. We cooked a lot. There are many grocery stores nearby with wonderful vegan products. The air conditioner was also new, keeping the room temperature comfy and to our liking, since it was unusually cold this April and the first week of May. The water heater was great, and we never ran out of hot water. The apartment is a two-minute walk from the sea, and the walks along the shore were spectacular! Plus, there is a wonderful cafe, Nautilus, a short walk away. Just one thing, forget about getting into the sea; it was freezing, 16 °C. We're from Florida. The view of the sea from the balcony was beautiful, and the pool in front of us was open--that water was freezing, too! It is in an excellent location—close to Alicante, Elche, Campoamor, and Cartagena. Campoamor has a great beach and two wonderful restaurants overlooking the beach and sea; we had coffee.
