Location is wonderful. Many good restaurants and a grocery store are within a block.

To be improved

Washing machine didn't function. Wall plate between washer and dryer fell off when attempting to use the washer. I had to go to the Laundromat a couple of doors down and spend a little over 20€ to wash & dry clothes. Dishwasher didn't work. Old refrigerator was covered in frost. No sufficient towels for number of guests. Front door key was very difficult to engage. the mini splits for air con were in the living area and master bedroom which did not allow for any air movement in the other two bedrooms. We asked for a 1pm check in and were not met until 2:30pm. Then told we could drop our luggage but we would be called maybe around 4pm to check in. We were never called. One of our party arrived separately and was ushered right into the flat a bit after 4pm. She called to say she was in the flat.
