We had some issues with the door lock, bathroom door and the blind. But most of the apartment was perfect

The door handle to the bathroom malfunctioned on the first day of our trip - it could not be opened from the inside once the door is closed (not locked). Despite letting Flateli know and sending them a video, they did not resolve this issue at all throughout our stay. Further, the bathroom is really small and is a bit of a safety hazard. It does not have much space to put your things and the place where you enter the shower is right next to the toilet seat, so it blocks your way to the shower. When you get out of the shower, you need to squeeze your way through which is a safety hazard as the shower can be slippery. The pillows are very soft, so it is bad for my neck and I had neck pain after sleeping on them.

The clothing rack was broken, cant switch on oven, bathroom light was very dim, the smaller bedroom mattress length can only fit for anyone less than 4”10. The place wasn’t clean enough.
