The best

It was easy to get into apartment. It totally satisfied our needs. We got everything we expected from it.

To be improved

Facilities really require a renovation. Teapot cap, towel hook, shower mount... a few other things we noticed.

“It could be better”

The best

The location was very good, close to two metrostations, supermarkets, nice restaurants and coffee shops. It was very comfortable that the flat has another small bedroom for our daughter. The kitchen was equipped very well. Is good that there was air conditioner.

To be improved

The bathroom is dangerous because the step for the shower area is big and you don't have any handle while coming down. May be an anti-slip doormat will be good decision. The shower stand wasn't fastened well to the wall, it could falls on somebody's had. One of the external blinds didn't work and was very sunny also at the evenings is not very comfortable being watched by the neighbors. At the first evening the TV broke. We reported everything, they said that they will send someone to fix the things, but nobody comes. We are not satisfied by the cleaning, when we arrived there was dust at the shelves.

“The flat was roomy, with a nice balcony. I would stay here again!”

The location was not in a tourist area, which was nice. The street was quiet with great cafes and restaurants around it and was an easy bus or metro ride to downtown.

The apartment has a very good location close to many stores (supermarkets, bakeries, cafes etc) was very well equipped and easy to find. Has a balcony and air-conditioning.

To be improved

The people who handle the bookings might not be very responsive, so keep in mind to reach out in advance if you need any specific information.
