We all were comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed.

To be improved

The check in process wasn’t great at all. There was no key left in the lock box, we waited for staff and this took a lot longer than promised. This was hard with small kids all hot and bothered after travelling.

Great location. Clean, comfortable.

The reason for the poor rating is due to the communication / instructions. We received many fraudulent messages through booking.com app, whatsup, emails. Made us really uneasy, and nervous about our stay (worried we wouldn’t be able to get in. ) Once we got connected to the correct/legitimate host, things were fine. But it was a very stressful/ worrisome start to our holidays.

Location is excellent. Unit was clean and spacious. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

To be improved

The landlord has a big issue with their messaging system which has been hacked. We received dozens of fraudulent emails and messages asking for our credit card. Very annoying although it did not affect our stay. The landlord did ask us to ignore the messages but it was hard to determine which messages were genuine.

“Comfy and pretty hotel, hard to get to Old Town”

It was a beautiful property, with a pretty pool area. The room was comfortable, clean and decent sized.

To be improved

We didn’t like that the hotel was on wrong side of railroad tracks, making it difficult to get to Old Town.

“Superb”

The best

Stay was very good. It was however frustrating getting city fees and check in done. From California I was unable to do a wire transfer. Office staff very helpful after several phone calls (international charges incurred) getting key went smoothly but we had to have international calling ability or WhatsApp. Start early to complete their requirements!
