“Good location and convenience, but need improve some management”
The location of this homestay is quite good—it’s close to the city center and subway stations, with convenient surroundings nearby. We checked in at night, and a kind staff member waited for us to assist with check-in (though there was an extra charge for arriving late). The apartment itself was clean, and having two bathrooms was really convenient. The facilities were a bit outdated, and there was slight street noise, but that was manageable.
However, what left us extremely frustrated was our check-out experience. Well before the scheduled check-out time, someone knocked on our door early in the morning, pressuring us to leave. We made it clear that we were packing up and would depart on time, but half an hour later, staff from the property knocked again—still before the check-out time. This rush only happened because the next guest had arrived, even though their official check-in time was hours after our scheduled check-out. The constant buzz left us flustered, and we were all very angry. It was a terrible experience, and we hope improvements will be made. Another terrible experience is that I received fraudulent messages after booking this accommodation. On one hand, my credit card was subject to fraud. On the other hand, the Booking chat window with this homestay was constantly targeted—fake messages kept coming in, urging me to log into a website and confirm the booking details, warning that the room would be canceled otherwise. While the property management occasionally responded under my confirmation messages to inform me these were fraudulent, such issues persisted nonstop until the day of check-in. I don’t know who should be responsible for this, the property or booking. But if you face this kind of situation, be careful!

It wasnt easy We were expecting to finalize the reservation and enter our passports at somekind of desk but we had to finish it on a staircase after a very long trip It was not ideal

Large apartment and good location.
The washer handle was broken when we arrived. Our clothes got stuck in the washer. They did send someone quickly to manually open the washer door. Also, we had to make multiple phone calls on the day of arrival to get instructions for entering the apartment. We were told we had to pay the city tax first but were not given instructions. After more phone calls they finally sent us an email for a link to enter our credit card information. The entire process was confusing and difficult. We did not receive apartment entering instructions until right before our arrival. There was no initial email or WhatsApp text to us until I sent multiple emails and a few phone calls to find out any information about our rental and its location and access process. Also, when we arrived at exactly the time we gave them and we were told it would be ready, the apartment was still being cleaned. We had to wait 30 minutes after our check in time before it was ready.
