“Great flat, but no hot Water and lousy customer service”

The flat was beautiful, and great location.

To be improved

But we had no hot Water for 3 days (we stayed for 4)…and the heating also didnt work for 1 day. They tried to fix it and offered us an alternative, but the alternative was less good and lacked a bedroom. Also there was Big confusion by check in as they messaged me two different locations for Keys, messed up the codes. We spent 1,5 hours checking late in the night with small children. Not cool.

Comfortable, well equipped and clean

To be improved

It is located right in a square. Impossible, absolutely impossible to sleep at night. Windows are not sound proof and it is like having the square and the restaurant terraces in your bedroom
