Well decorated.

To be improved

No Wi-Fi and the owners did nothing to solve the problem. After one or two replies then did not answer my messages and emails. No instructions for TV etc. Kitchen was not cleaned properly. Cutlery greasy, crumbs in drawers, stained cups and coffee pot still with grounds in it.

A beautiful flat that offered almost anything one could wish for. Nice calm location in Agaete close to the church, Cafés, and bus stop.

To be improved

The communication in advance could have been much better - I only found out about our check-in by calling on the day of check-in; the messages on the Booking App were ignored for many days. Unfortunately, the company also uses their own online pre-check-in, where one has to upload a lot of personal information, including ID card. This didn't feel right to me. It would have been nicer to meet the host/someone and write the personal information on an official registration form in the flat.
