Management unhelpful, security very poor, no lock on door, cockroach infested, bed bugs.

1- no one is there to great you or help you 2- NO WIFI, wifi is not working 3- the sofa smells wet and moldy 4- there were 2 single beds and a sofa bed full of bedbugs as my daughter woke up with at least 10 bites.

This apartment is an absolute disgrace . It was dirty , stank of cigarette smoke ( even though advertised as Non smoking ) The bathroom and bedroom door didn't close . The bedding is mouldy The walls are mouldy Filthy marks on the walls No WiFi No access to the safe Fixtures hanging off the walls Sofa stank and is filthy Ants all over , including in the beds . Pillows stained and smell bad Towels looked dirty with staining The terrace seating area was filthy , cigarette butt's all over . The seating are was peeling and dirty . The pool area is dirty , sunbeds broken and the pool is absolutely shocking. My son cut his arm open on the peeling paint work and tile . The management team wouldn't answer my calls , messages or emails . DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT

The place is locked, and the key is at the door, so you have to wait until someone opens the first gate. Could take a long time No Wi-Fi password was provided
