“Perfect location, lovely balcony, lovely people.”
The best

Location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. Room was small but we knew this before booking - we wanted the balcony and the location. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Spoke with 3 members of staff whilst there and they were all lovely. Air conditioning was perfect for July.

To be improved

The room itself could do with updating slightly, some of the wood is coming away at the bottom of the doors, but certainly nothing to put me off booking again its just cosmetic.

Amazing apartment! The staff were welcoming and responsive. The location is great. The bed was super comfortable. The complimentary "breakfast" was a nice surprise.

To be improved

Shockingly bad wifi. I couldn't work from the room, which was an inconvenience. Not enough was done to resolve the problem.

The apartment is wonderful. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The location is superb. The bed was very comfortable. The unexpected complimentary "breakfast" was a nice touch.

To be improved

Unfortunately, I experienced significant issues with the Wi-Fi during my stay. While it worked on my phone, the connection on my MacBook was unreliable and kept dropping out. As this was a work trip, I had to find alternative, laptop-friendly locations with a stable connection, which cost me both time and money. The venue was responsive and apologetic, but ultimately the issue wasn’t resolved. I was given the email address of a technician and left to troubleshoot the problem myself—something I hadn’t expected. I would have appreciated it if the technician had come to the apartment to check the setup directly. I also suggested restarting the router, but received no reply to this. I was told that other guests had no issues, but that doesn’t change the fact that I did. Given the cost of the stay, I would have expected better support and a contingency plan for this kind of situation.
