“Great Location but be prepared for noise”

The best

Location was perfect, air con in the room was an absolute must and provided good air flow. Kitchenette was well equipped. Air dryer provided was excellent. Clothes horse on balcony was also a great addition for drying items especially after a beach day or keeping sandy items out of main living space.

To be improved

The shower head was very temperamental and was hard to keep in place. The temperature at times (due to the heat we were showering a lot) fluctuated. There was no head board on the bed which was a little uncomfortable if sitting up to read/watch TV Not in the control of the provider however very disruptive was the noise coming from above our apartment. We were in number five on third floor and the noise above us come a certain hour was very loud. Ear plugs would be essential. Also not in the control of the provider was the noise that came from the street and the businesses below (kitchens restaurants)

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Valencia.”

The best

This apartment was beautiful and in the heart of Valencia. You walk out of the building and onto the street where you are surrounded by beautiful buildings and no shortage of restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's centrally located and so easy to walk around the city. Located on the 3rd floor, with an elevator, the apartment had a nice sized bedroom with plenty of closet space, a good sized bathroom, and a very large kitchen/dining/living room area. It also had a washing machine. The bedroom had a view of the street below and the living room had a view of other buildings (not too scenic, but great natural light). The hosts were very friendly and we used a code to get in. Parking is not too close, about a 7 minute walk, but the hosts had a deal were you got a $5 discount for overnight parking. We paid 20 euro a night to park.

“Exceptional”

The best

Flat was in the center, spacious and clean. It has everything we needed for familly stay in Valencia. It is situated in small street so it is quiet in the night.The host was very nice , allways reachable on the What's up with the advice or if you need something.
