Traveling as a couple we asked if the beds could be put together (like in the photos) but the hotel staff was not able to do that for us, so we each slept in two twin beds put together with separate sheets. Very romantic. Although the hotel offers a rooftop pool, there was no shade or any umbrellas for those who don’t want to sun tan. Additionally, the breakfast was not great, many of the options were not fresh (such as the orange juice and the dry croissants) and I wish they had a larger selection of cold cuts.

Lifts are small and slow, one did not work during our stay, so left only one operating lift (max 4 people) Rooftop pool could do with a deep clean

Pool had a fly infestation and the pool was dirty. Going home with a water infection after going in the pool on the first day. Pool area had an unbearable smell. Bedrooms run down. Beds rock solid. Balcony had hairs and crumbs all over it. Shower only worked on freezing cold. Bedroom was cleaned once. WiFi did not work. Minimal storage for clothing. No fridge so cannot store cold water. Bedroom door doesn’t close properly, there was problems with the cleaners leaving guests doors open. The corridors smelt of cigarettes. Only one lift worked and it broke down on the second day. We checked in and all the issues were raised with the reception staff, we hadn’t stayed the first night yet so asked for a partial refund so we could book another hotel but this was refused. When raising all the issues these were ignored and not dealt with. Staff lied about the shower being looked at and this was made apparent when they said the AC has been fixed. Location average, would tell anybody to avoid.
