Flipper Top Suites

Ground floor apartment was damp with paint peeling off all the walls. Second bedroom had no decor or even a curtain. Water heater leaking. Premises water pump outside front door extremely noisy and woke us up in the mornings. Apartment requires complete renovation. The photos on Booking.com are not representative of what we faced. This complex is in the extemely windy area of San Agustin which made it impossible for us to sit outside in February. We vacated a week early.

we love absolutely everything

No room service - not cleaned for 12 days stay. Had to ask for clean towels. Had to buy bin liners and toilet rolls. Bed sheets offered to be changed after 10 nights - hardly worth it for last 2 nights - we used the 2nd bedroom instead! Not our idea of holiday accommodation. The apartment block looks a lot better on the photos than in reality. Nowhere to park the hire car after 5pm. Had to leave it in town and walk up 150 steps to the apartments if we went out in the evening. Owner only spoke to use on the last day.

a bit tired, very cold pool, gets very windy, patio door and front door stick, not cleaned in 9 days nor bedding changed. Bathroom is cramped and thin towels. the outside area is small and like a back yard. lots needs updating. staff not there often. very basic and no luxury. we went out as much as possible. will not return.
