“Uncomfortable, Outdated, and Cold”

The heating didn't work from the first day, which was extremely inconvenient as we were in the mountains for a ski trip. The apartment and all its installations were outdated. The beds were uncomfortable and we were uncomfortable during our entire stay. We requested space heaters and they refused to bring them. When the technician came to fix it, he was extremely rude and refused to bring us the heaters. We spent the entire trip cold and did not feel well accommodated in any way.
