He cancel my reservation before one day and he didnt refund the money he said that he have a problem with the police but i think he was liying he is a robber

Scammers. They informed us with a text ONE WEEK before our trip that it wouldn’t have been possible to stay in the hostel because of some work they had to do. They never gave us back the money of the reservation and never answered our messages to get information on how to get the money back.

“Simple accommodation”
The best

It was located walking distance from sights. Clean. The people were friendly. The sleeping capsules had fans and good lighting. We booked a double and it fit two people comfortably.

To be improved

They didn’t have many bathrooms so waiting for a shower wasn’t always convenient. I also had difficulty turning the features on and off because the buttons were weird.
