The bartender at the hotel pool was rude. The view from the balcony was very bad (a large bush and some trash bins). It was difficult to sleep at night with people yelling loudly while coming and going throughout the night hours, and there was not good sound insulation in the rooms. Also, the rooms were only cleaned every two days, and it was not enough. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area that were more comfortable and less expensive.

No security except during the night. Some guests misbehave and yell, scream/talk loud, slam doors at 5am or 7 am or late night. The reverberating sound affects everyone. The only solution is to call the reception and they will come to talk to the offenders, but by that time you’re awake. My suggestion is to inform the guests about being quiet and respectful at check in time. Specially if they are young and without parents. 3 of such hooligans terrorized at least half of the hotel on both sides. Adults and kids were awakened by the behavior. However, the receptionist told them they’ll be thrown out and the yelling slamming stopped. The one small elevator to the street is constantly out of order. Luckily I didn’t get in with my husband and I was able to get the reception to open it quick. My husband was sweating like crazy in the small space for the 10 min since there’s no air flow. The kitchen could use some decent appliances: I didn’t use the plastic coffee maker, the Teflon frying pans were so scratched, they should go straight to the garbage. Same thing for the 2 apartments we rented. The bedrooms at the boulevard hear the traffic, while the ones inside could be affected by drunken guests or hooligans.

There wasnt any hand sanitizer or soap, even after i made a request on the reception. First day, elevator wasnt working. AC was operating only on one level and it wasnt able to adjust it. Many guests made noise well over 22:00 and nobody from hotel came to warn them.

Everything was fine.
