FLORIT FLATS - Cabanyal 3 Bedroom WIFI AC Terrace Beach Penthouse

The apartment was in a horrible state: the plaster was falling off the walls, walls and floors were dirty and damaged, there were wholes in the ceiling so during rain it was literally raining inside of the apartment! Very dangerous, since the water was coming into the sockets. The stairway to the apartment is super dangerous for kinds and older people. The stroller or big suitcases do not fit in the stairway so you have to leave it downstairs (you have to be creative though as there is no place for the stroller there, either). Also very dirty: When we arrived we found dirty napkins next to the bed and the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes. overall very bad experience. Even though we got the key from a lock Box, the agency wanted extra 30EUR for the key pickup because it was picked up on the weekend. We were informed about those additional costs after we payed for the apartment rent. They also request 200 EUR deposit for this place which I personally do not understand since the apartment is in such horrible state.

We were very disappointed with the following: - The apartment was directly next to a huge construction site with heavy equipment & loud noises which was unknown to us - There was a very bad smell in/coming from the kitchen. When we notified the host they said they would send someone over but no one showed up - We booked for one week and we only received one towel per person for the whole week - One of the airco units was constantly dripping water which kept us awake at night. We notified the host but the problem was not fixed - The roof terrace was poorly decorated, had no shadow and one working light which was VERY bright, due to this the terrace could not be used

No windows in living-room (as shown in the pictures), unpleasant smell from the kitchen sink (drain)

1. The apartment hadn't been cleaned in a while (it wasn't really dirty as much as dusty) 2. There was a bad smell of sewers coming from the kitchen sink (and the faucet was spraying in all directions). We told the property manager but they didn't do anything. 3. The pictures show windows in the living room. While that was once true (you can see where they once were from outside), they were since closed. So the living room lacks of natural light. It's not that big a deal, but the pictures are misleading (see ours below as opposed to the one they provide) 4. While the place is overall positive, the previous points make it a bit expensive for what we got
