Location, facilities, very safe

To be improved

Noise in the night within the room from the roof after every minute - vibrating sound. We cleaned the all the utensils / disposed off the garbage but still the owner demanded for 65 euro as “flat left filthy” which was not the case and we did not pay ofcourse. Apart from that we had paid cleaning fee of 65euro in the total charges.

“Lovely stay, nice apartment”
The best

Location was great. Easy walk to Ruzafa and good bus connections to the beach. Lots within walking distance too. Balcony was a nice addition but didn’t use loads as there’s no breeze.

To be improved

I’d seen reviews on having to pay extra if you need to leave your luggage but didn’t realise there was an additional fee for checking in past 8pm. Unfortunately we had a late flight so had to pay the extra €50 which felt expensive given there is a 24hour concierge who could have given us the key.

Great location. Very spacious for the two of us. Miguel and Santiago very helpful online and attended to an issue quickly.

To be improved

The standard of cleanliness was not so good. The floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned well and we got dirty feet from walking around barefoot.

Location was very central to shops, nice and clean and quiet. Aircon and shower were both very good.
