“The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the orange juicer — a small but thoughtful touch. The location was convenient: although there's no metro nearby, tram and bus stops are close, and you can easily get anywhere in the city with one transfer. The area is quiet and safe, perfect for working or relaxing. The apartment stayed pleasantly cool even on warm days, as it doesn't face the sunny side. Also, the check-in via app was super convenient — no need to worry about keys, plus the app includes a map and useful tips about the area. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions · Cons: There was no dishwasher, which would have been helpful during a longer stay. Also, there were some minor drainage issues in the shower”

“Awesome”

The best

I can say for sure it was best hotel I ever rented - because inside it's really beauty: design, furniture, style was amazing. We enjoyed our stay there . Except nice look it was very comfortable .

To be improved

Sometimes it was a bit noisy from outside , but it was some holiday, so no real problem ))

Modern, well located apartment , walking distance from conference centre. Ample transport services within 3 minutes walk.

“Disappointing and stressful due to accommodation error by property”

The lack of support from the property in resolving our accommidation. The apartment was listed as 1 single living room, 1 SEPERATE bedroom. On that basis I booked what I thought was 2 rooms for 3 people where in fact it was only 1 room. The 3rd party had to share the 1 roomed apartment with us (a couple) which was extremely embarrassing. The property refused to engage with us and it was only through booking.com that our issue was examined and accepted. The property did not in any way try to resolve our issue and through booking, com refused any compensation for their mistaken description. MY FIRST BAD REVIEW OF ANY PROPERTY.
