“Difficult Entry to the Apartment”

The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

To be improved

Access to the apartment is only possible after completing an online registration process, which was complicated and unclear. The staff refused to assist with it. You also have to install an app to enter the apartment. If it’s your first time doing this, it can be very problematic. In the evening, the staff no longer replied to messages or answered phone calls. Only the next morning did they ask if I had managed to get inside the apartment.
