“Everything was great except the bathroom. Overall it's an excellent place in a good location. · Cons: The bathroom needs improvement and basic repair. The toilet is shaking, the sink has problems with water flow, the shower top is falling out of the wall, and the lack of the shower door leads to the wet floor in the bathroom. Also, the staircase to the upper level makes noise, some steps are not secured.”

modern, new...had all we needed

To be improved

Booking charge us unfair price. Not the one I booked, but higher. Price was one on the site and another once I booked. And didn't allow us to cancel, nor accepted its error. Not OK. Besides, BOOKING has no real customer service channel.. All AI. We are humans, not machines. Can a BOOKING be aware of that??

“I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Valencia.”
The best

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Valencia. The place was nicely decorated, very clean, and easy to find and access. Parking was easy to find. Short walk to the park, playgrounds, restaurants and supermarkets.

To be improved

The only downside for us was that the curtains didn’t fully block out the light in the morning. But overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!
