The layout cleanliness , facilities available in the flat and the location was in a nice quiet area ..

To be improved

while the flat appeared to be modern & have good facilities a day into our 3 days stay, 1 day AC did not cool in 1 room (during a heat wave, 1 family member was so uncomfortable through the night despite paying for AC accommodation) the next 2 days there was no hot water in the flat ... so 1 day had an ice cold shower and the next did not ... so while we were hot & sweaty out through the day, no one could have a shower cause no hot water , such a basic requirement .. I took it up with the property chat bot & they kept promising to compensate & revert but lost my patience after 2 weeks .. could have been a nice stay but turned out to be a nightmare .... Honest review , maybe all flats not bad but not worth the risk of spoiling your holiday ....

Clean, fully equipped with small appliances, cutlery, containers, cooking utensils and everything you need.

To be improved

The couch frame in the living room is broken and it makes it uncomfortable to sit on. Finding Parking is a nightmare and parking signs aren’t clear, we got a ticket due to unclear signs. Would appreciate more guidance from the host about that, or them offering to rent a parking stall.
