The landlord did not inform me in the advertisement that the doors of the apartment face the intersection next to the bus stop and the huge windows face the highway. The noise in the apartment makes it impossible to sleep at night. I urged them to consider moving me to a neighbouring apartment without windows facing the roadway. But the landlord said that among his more than one hundred apartments in Valencia, he could not help me. There are at least two rodents (mice or rats) running behind the ceiling. Opposite the windows there is dismantling of the building and from early morning the debris is thrown into a metal container under my windows. There is a public transportation stop opposite the front door, so many people pass under the windows and make noise. Also opposite the front door are garbage cans where the whole neighbourhood throws garbage. Due to the windows not closing tightly, there is terrible noise and unpleasant odours in the apartment. Also the pillows in the apartment are disgusting and give me a headache in the morning. This apartment is not worth half of the money spent. I have never had such a bad experience.
