Good and clean small apartment to stay. All things you need were there

To be improved

Construction side right in front of my door. Literally just 20 feet away, it was a huge demolished building with all kinds of trash, noise and barriers, and construction lines. It's suck to wake up from a hammer or commercial drill every morning. It was the most horrible view I had in my life. They definitely need to inform you about things like this. I would never book it if I knew about it

“Unsafe, unhygienic, and poorly managed apartment”

The best

Upon arriving at the apartment, it seemed clean and well-equipped. However, on our first night, someone knocked on the door, and a few seconds later, there was a loud bang—someone had kicked the door. The apartment was located right on the street, and the doors were made of tinted glass. We did not feel safe after that. That same evening, we found a cockroach in the apartment. The next morning, we contacted the host and demanded a refund; they refused and only offered to clean the apartment. We had to stay for four more nights in that apartment, sleeping with the lights on and feeling unsafe. Additionally, the host decided to change the locks on the apartment and informed us of this when we arrived. They did not offer any compensation for this intrusion of privacy, other than offering a one-hour-later checkout, which was useless to us. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, especially families with children.

The apartment is great. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. It is well equipped for longer stays too. Very nice communication with the host. They have very helpful approach. The location was the best, next to the Marina..
