“Location very convenient for exploring the old town, but a lot of late night street noise.”

We had indicated an earlier time for arrival when booking , 2 days prior we adjusted this time, but was told we would have to wati about an hour for someone to be available. The use of a locked key box would have been more convenient.

To be improved

The beds were very firm - almost too firm. Pillows too soft. Sofas were sofa beds one of which was not able to be used as a sofa as the mechanism was broken. Shower head in ensuite bathroom sprayed water over bathroom. Shower curtain in bathroom 2 was mouldy and smelly. Glassware in kitchen was sparse - no wine glasses. All coffee mugs were badly chipped. No Kettle or washing machine.

The position in the center of Santiago and that’s all.

To be improved

The structure wasn’t clean, there was a lot of dust on the floor and under the beds. The kitchen was very dirty, and so were the pillows and the bedspreads. The curtains were full of mound.
