The bed and room were SOOOO comfortable. Best sleep I’d had in a hotel in a very long time. It was a very hot day and the AC was excellent at keeping the room cold.

The building is historical and it looks like very well furnished castle, it is much more comfortable though. The food is splendid with varieties to choose from in a bufet, to freshly squeezed juice in the morning. Location is very quiet on the border of a town so you can have endless walks around.

It was a beautiful old hotel in the breakfast was amazing.

It seemed nice from booking.com description and in particular the restaurant sounded promising. So we booked 2 hours before arrival. The place was empty. Nobody there on arrival. Front door open but dark inside. How ridiculous to be able to book a location that was actually closed. Very disappointing

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were traveling with a large dog and they did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were excellent quality and the service was just right - not too intrusive but instantly there when you wanted something. A friendly family atmosphere, clean comfortable rooms and a great location.
