“A quaint fisherman’s house overlooking the entrance tothe Port of Mahon”

Excellent location at the entrance to the port We received a hamper of Minorcan specialities on arrival, a nice touch Communication from the host team was superb Air conditioning is very good.

To be improved

Although We understood that it was a fisherman cottage, we didn’t realize that it comprised 3 floors. Very narrow staircase made it very difficult to take heavy luggage upstairs.

The balcony and roof terrace were particularly nice with lovely views. The beds were really comfortable

The location was a longer walk to the old town and restaurants than we had expected.

The best

It’s position was beautiful and relatively peaceful. It was very well equipped although alittle disappointed that the water was cold for a day, and a one missing beach towel. Very minor issues and did not spoil our stay at all.

To be improved

The ground floor bedroom didn’t have any where to pop damp towels to dry. A towel rail would be very useful.
