I found communication with the host fairly tedious, but in fairness this was a bit of a language barrier issue as we don't speak Spanish. Host refused to provide check-in information vie Booking.com messages, required to do this via WhatsApp. I unfortunately took the wrong exit from the parking garage and this led into a back garden that was locked on all sides. Fortunately someone saw me there and let me pass through their apartment back to the street. Make sure you don't exit from the wrong garage exit as your key won't fit to re-enter. Another inconvenience was the lack of WiFi. In fairness this is indicated by the owner, but I'd recommend to reconsider providing WiFi. Not having WiFi may be fine in remote rural areas, but in urban areas this no longer seems adequate.
