Buf it wasn't. There were major problems in the communication. No reply to my questions. One night before the flight we didn't know how and when we would be able to take the apartment. Finally, they sent us a message. Even though we clearly said when we would be arriving, we had to wait an hour for the keys. And another half an hour 'because of the traffic'. Seriously... I would not call the place filthy, but it was definitely dirty. There were hairs all over the floor. A lot of them. The staff didn't clean properly. We had to make our bed. Pull cover over the blankets, pillows. I felt neglected. The flat itself is kind of okay. Kind of. There is no hanger for our shirts. No place to put our clothes. The location is good, though. It is annoying, because with just a little bit of care, this place could be awesome.
