“This apartment is a FRAUD!!! BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE! Pictures don’t reflect current conditions!”

NOTHING !!! TERRIBLE PROPERTY!!! This apartment should have never been rented. As soon as We enter the apartment we could smells the humid and mold every where, BLACK MOLD!!! Moldy ceiling, walls and warping wood floors from water damage. After a few minutes our eyes were burning and my husband that has asthma had to use his inhaler. When I spoke to complain about the poor condition of the apartment to the the company that lease the apartment, they were very rude and condescending They told me that if l didn’t like it to leave the keys and get out. I did not have another place to go that night l was no able to talk to anybody at booking.com so we stay one night sleeping in the leaving room with the doors open, the heating system was no working so we were frizzing all night. We move to my son’s apartment that leaves outside Madrid with 2 roommates. My vacation was ruined and lost $1,000.00 dollars .This apartment should be condemn due to heath hazard. The floors were dirty with mold in ever single corner of the house, insects and hair. The towels had mold as well. Mattresses, pillows and blankets soil and stain. Leaking toilets every time we flush them. Absolutely disgusting! The pictures on the add are probably more than 10 to 15 years old. They do not reflect at all current condition of this apartment. There is a bar right below the apartment with outside tables that stays open until 2 am in the morning. Noise and cigarette smoke gets into the apartment. PLEASE DO NOT RE THIS APARTMENT or work with this company. I have pictures to prove it, l wish l could post them.
