The biggest issue during our stay was the complete lack of WiFi. Although the network was listed as available, there was no connection at all, and despite our numerous complaints, the problem was never resolved. The staff only spoke Spanish, which made communication difficult, and they were almost impossible to reach. When they did respond, it was only to say they were working on the WiFi issue, but nothing was ever fixed. Additionally, for check-out, we requested a late check-out but never received confirmation. On the day of departure, the cleaning lady arrived and asked us to leave immediately, claiming that no late check-out request had been made. That being said, the apartment itself is spacious and ideally located in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city. It’s a shame that the management was not up to standard.

We picked up this property because of its elevator among other of its features. Apart from the fact that the ground floor was not connected to the 7th floor (where a member of our group should reach after knee-surgery), the greatest disappointment was the fact that nobody from the hosting team really cared about having a false description. All we received was messages on whatsapp from random people who gave us wrong directions and suggestions that didn’t work. Apart from that the flat is spacious and modern looking, the beds are pretty small for two people, the area was good although we only took taxis to move around, and 3 out of 4 towels had blood spots and hair on them. One out of two bathrooms was truly tiny. We would overcome a lot of that but there was absolutely no support from the hosts which was the most disappointing.
